What types of shipping options do you offer?

I use Royal Mail for all our deliveries within the United Kingdom.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs via Royal Mail depend on the size and weight of the item you have purchased. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

How do you package items to ensure they arrive safely?

To ensure your handmade cards, resin jewellery, artwork, vases, and painted jars arrive in perfect condition, I use padded envelopes, boxes, and bubble wrap as appropriate for each item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

Do you post via 1st class or 2nd class post?

Cards and jewellery will be sent via 1st class Royal mail delivery, however, larger parcels will be sent via 2nd class Royal mail delivery to ensure the cost of items remains low for my customers. 

What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns on personalised items. For other goods, returns are accepted provided the item is in the same condition as received, and you request the return within 5 working days of receiving the item.

I do not have a return policy on imperfection purchases as these items are sold as seen as having imperfections.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact me via my Contact page with your order number and reason for return. I will then provide instructions on how to proceed.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

When will I receive my refund?

Once I receive the returned item and verify its condition, I will process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
