Are your products handmade?
This is a question i get asked a lot! Yes, all of my cards, resin jewellery, artwork, vases, and painted jars are lovingly handmade.
What materials do you use for your artwork?
I utilise a range of resources, including high-quality resins, cardstock, paints, and sustainable materials, depending on the product. Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring its uniqueness.
How do i place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse my online store, select the items you love and add them to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You can send me a message if you require any additional information regarding your item and i will be happy to assist.
What payment methods do you accept
I only accept PayPal payments at present.
Do you make custom or personalised products?
Yes, I love creating custom and personalised products! Contact us with your ideas, and we'll bring them to life.
How long will i wait for a personalised item
As all my artwork is handmade by myself, i could require a message with details of the personalisation required. Depending on the time needed for the artwork be created i would inform you of this before purchase.
Can i purchase from your website outside of the UK
Unfortunately, at the moment i am only able to ship my products within the United Kingdom.
Do you accept returns for personalised items
Unfortunately i am unable to offer returns or refunds on personalised items.
I will accept returns on other stock items, however the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return postage will not be included within the refund price. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact me with a photo of the item and the reason you wish to return it.
Do you attend local events.
Yes I do attend local events, I would advertise in advance on my social media accounts, and on my online store.
